The Oneida Indian Nation currently levies taxes and surcharges of 10.75% per room, per night. These taxes and surcharges are subject to change without prior notice.

Attendees are responsible for making their own reservations and paying for their own rooms, room taxes and incidental charges. Attendees may make room reservations by calling TSRC’s toll free number 1-800-771-7711 by Tuesday, September 19, 2017. To ensure attendees receive the group rate, attendees should identify themselves as with the Volunteers Conference room block. All individual reservations will require a one night’s room deposit (including applicable taxes and surcharges) or valid credit card to guarantee the reservation. TSRC accepts major credit cards and advance deposits equal to the first night’s rate. Individuals may cancel their room reservations up to 48 hours prior to arrival.

SmithKevin Smith, Publisher and Consultant for Team Resources - CU Best Practices Book - Kevin Best Practices
Kevin Smith is publisher and a consultant with TEAM Resources, and he brings extensive experience in designing and implementing professional development resources to grow leaders within the credit union industry. He also oversees the TEAM Resources board self-evaluation programs.

Previously, Smith spent 10 years at CUNA where he developed and oversaw programs for credit union executives, boards and volunteers. This included conferences and training events, webinars, print programs, and online courses, among others. During his tenure at CUNA, he created and brought several new programs to the credit union movement, including the CUNA Volunteer Certification Program. Smith holds a master’s degree from DePaul University, Chicago, and a bachelor’s degree from Miami University in Ohio.

Todd is the founder of Young Money Media, Young Money University and author of the new book “YOUNG MONEY - A Powerful 5 Step Plan to Financial Success Now.” From 2000–2009, nearly 7 million copies of “Young Money” magazine were distributed on 250+ college campuses across the U.S. Since 2010, Romer has spoken to thousands of millennials on 300+ campuses in 35 states as part of the “Young Money LIVE! Financial Success Speaking Tour.”

Romer is a graduate of University of Dayton.

BowLinda Bow, Director of Compliance, New York Credit Union Association Presentation - Linda Bow
Linda Bow has been in the regulatory compliance environment for almost 30 years. In addition to holding her CRCM, Bow holds a master’s degree in business ethics and compliance, and is a graduate of the ABA Stonier School of Banking with a Wharton School Leadership certification.

Her extensive knowledge base is enhanced with her broad range of experience and expertise from overseeing loan production, servicing, pricing and selling. Bow has successfully managed financial institutions, compliance departments and staff through regulatory changes and implementations, and she has developed and sustained compliance management structures focused on first, second and third lines of defense and annual risk assessments.

PirnieRayleen M. Pirnie, CEO, RP Payments Risk Consulting Services, LLC.
Rayleen Pirnie is the founder and owner of RP Payments Risk Consulting Services, LLC based in Missouri. She is a nationally recognized payments risk and fraud expert who offers specialized consulting services, procedural and risk management reviews, and payments education. Rayleen’s specialized skills focus on the world beyond the payment rules— areas where businesses often find themselves in positions of liability or loss with little to no clear guidance. She is an Accredited ACH Professional, who has worked with all payment systems for nearly 20 years. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice administration.

Cancellation Policy:
A refund of the amount paid, less an $70 administrative fee per registrant, will be given for all cancellations submitted via email to ten or more business days prior to the start of the session. No refunds will be granted if the cancellation is received after that time frame. Substitutes will be accepted any time prior to the start of the program at no additional cost. Simply email an updated registration form, listing the new participant and who they will be replacing.
