Jeff has spent the past 29 years in the financial services industry, starting in banking with Fleet Bank of Maine, and eventually Key Bank of Maine as a Branch Manager and Commercial Lender.  Jeff started his career in credit unions in 1996 when he was hired by The County Federal Credit Union as their VP of Lending and Marketing, eventually becoming the EVP and then the President/CEO.

In 2002, he was hired by CUNA Mutual Group to be the Regional Sales Manager in New England leading the Sales Executive teams working with credit unions in Maine, NH, MA, RI and CT, and eventually taking over the states of NY and VT.  

In 2009, he was recruited by Southbridge CU to become their President/CEO.  The credit union is a $190 million credit union in South Central MA with over 11,000 members.   He started a Member Business Lending Program, as well as an Indirect Auto Lending Program for the credit union and was instrumental in bringing other products and cultural changes to the credit union before leaving in 2017 to return to CUNA Mutual in his current capacity.

Jeff currently serves as the Financial Consultant working with the Sales Teams on CUNA Mutual in the Eastern half of the US  with credit unions of all sizes.   He consults with the sales teams, as well as, the credit union management teams on various issues in credit unions.  Jeff has facilitated credit union Strategic Planning sessions and has spoken at various credit union events throughout his career and truly loves working with credit unions in helping credit unions of all sizes remain relevant to their members and consumers.

Jeff has served in various Chapter roles on the Aroostook County Chapter of Credit Unions, has served on various League Committees in Maine and MA, past Chair of the New England CUES Council.  He currently serves on the Massachusetts Share Insurance Advisory Council and is a Board member at NorState FCU in Maine.
