The New York Credit Union Association’s Volunteer Leadership Conference is back! Join your fellow directors and supervisory committee members for insightful presentations. Too many people are playing finite games and playing to "win." They're doing this in a way that makes leaders do things that jeopardize the bigger picture health of their organizations. In this session, we'll explore how this applies to all credit union people: from volunteers to MSRs. Kevin will explore how this flipped mindset works in lockstep with credit union principles and philosophy that is in our DNA and will help credit unions thrive for all of the tomorrows.

Your members, your branches and even your board meetings have gone digital.  But has the board's thinking, its governance approach, or its approach to strategy transformed? In this session, Kevin will help you embrace the recent challenges and use them to pivot and slingshot board governance thinking to a new level.

Cancellation Policy:

A refund of the amount paid, less an $70 administrative fee per registrant, will be given for all cancellations submitted via email to events.training@nycua.org ten or more business days prior to the start of the session. No refunds will be granted if the cancellation is received after that time frame. Substitutes will be accepted any time prior to the start of the program at no additional cost. Simply email an updated registration form, listing the new participant and who they will be replacing.
