Mark Arnold is an acclaimed speaker and expert in branding, training and strategic marketing for businesses, credit unions and banks. He speaks regularly to audiences around the country on many topics including branding, marketing, strategy, leadership, personal growth and generational issues. As president of On the Mark Strategies, a consulting firm specializing in branding and strategic planning, Arnold partners with credit unions and organizations to help achieve their strategic goals. He has worked with financial institutions in every asset tier, and he previously served as senior vice president at a multi-million dollar financial institution in Dallas, where he oversaw multiple departments, including marketing, business development, human resources, training and customer investments.

Cancellation Policy:

A refund of the amount paid, less an $70 administrative fee per registrant, will be given for all cancellations submitted via email to events.training@nycua.org ten or more business days prior to the start of the session. No refunds will be granted if the cancellation is received after that time frame. Substitutes will be accepted any time prior to the start of the program at no additional cost. Simply email events.training@nycua.org, listing the new participant and who they will be replacing.
