Josh Allison, Think Café
Josh Allison is the Founder and Chief Ideator for Think Café, a consulting company committed to solutions for the new workplace. He has spoken and worked with organizations from Hawaii to New York and 25 states in between. Allison is a sought after public speaker and trainer, specializing in sales and service, business development, leadership issues and marketing strategies for the finance and communication industries. He is also a senior consultant for FI-Strategies, LLC, one of the nation’s premier finance industry consulting companies.

Linda Bow, CRCM, CUCE, New York Credit Union Association
Linda Bow has been in the regulatory compliance environment for almost 30 years. In addition to holding her CRCM, Bow holds a master’s degree in business ethics and compliance, and is a graduate of the ABA Stonier School of Banking with a Wharton School Leadership certification.

Her extensive knowledge base is enhanced with her broad range of experience and expertise from overseeing loan production, servicing, pricing and selling. Bow has successfully managed financial institutions, compliance departments and staff through regulatory changes and implementations, and she has developed and sustained compliance management structures focused on first, second and third lines of defense and annual risk assessments.

Kenja Purkey, The People’s Federal Credit Union
Featured in PR Week and Accent West magazines, Kenja Purkey is a media, marketing and advertising professional with more than 20 years of experience. Purkey currently serves as the marketing director at The People’s Federal Credit Union in Amarillo, Texas. She is a former news anchor and media representative for a member of Congress.
 
Her professional speaking focuses on business topics including change management, organizational culture, employee growth and engagement, multicultural marketing, social media and generational work, media and consumption habits.

Cancellation Policy:
A refund of the amount paid, less an $80 administrative fee per registrant, will be given for all cancellations submitted via email to events.training@nycua.org ten or more business days prior to the start of the session. No refunds will be granted if the cancellation is received after that time frame. Substitutes will be accepted any time prior to the start of the program at no additional cost. Simply email an updated registration form, listing the new participant and who they will be replacing.
