Ron L. Brown - President and CEO of CSI Group in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Private Investigator and member of the National Association of Fraud Investigators. Nationally recognized as one of the key instructors of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and HIPAA.

Michael Peplinski – Formerly of HSBC, now Vice President of the largest Insurance Agency specializing in repossession insurance, insuring over 350 collateral recovery companies nationwide.

Melissa Lang – Attorney and Judge Pro-Tempore. Melissa comes with 25 years of experience prosecuting and defending claims arising out of allegedly improper debt collection and reporting activities of creditors and collectors.

Kevin Armstrong – Editor of, is a collections and repossession industry professional that has spent 26 years working his way up from the entry level position of a Repo Man to the Vice President at one of the largest Credit Unions in California where he served in both Consumer Lending and Collections.

Jerry Farese – Jerry’s extensive career began in lease recovery, legal recovery coordination and collateral recovery. After the merger of his recovery agency, The ICL Group, into Peak Service Corporation in 1997, he expanded their operations to provide recovery and remarketing services the NJ, Eastern PA, Northern DE, and bordering NY counties, west of the Hudson River areas as well as national nank repossession assignment forwarding for Wachovia Bank prior to their merger with Wells Fargo Bank.

Bob Stankovich – President of the Peak Service Corporation headquartered in New Jersey, specializing in repossession remarketing including the remarketing of non-auto collateral such as Boats, RV's, Yellow Iron & planes. He is a member and has served on the board of the American Recovery Association.

Patrick Dunleavy - Vice President of Recovery Operations for TCAR Recovery and Remarketing Services. He is a third generation Repossession Professional, and has 15 years' experience in Repossessions and Remarketing. Chairman of the Young Professional Repossessors Commission of the American Recovery Association, he is also an active member of the ARA compliance committee. Patrick managed TCAR's remarketing department for over 6 years, successfully liquidating over 9,000 vehicles.

He is an avid supporter of the NY Credit Union Association Young Professional Commission and a recent guest speaker at their 2017 Educational Summit in New York, NY. He continues to work hand in hand with the NYCUA as a resource vendor providing industry related news to the vast majority of credit unions in New York State.
