An Open Conversation with Keith Hunt, Delaware's Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer

This webinar underscores the continuing commitment of the Association to bring awareness and educational programming on the subject of diversity, equity and inclusion to the membership.

During the session, credit unions will learn:

  • The distinction between diversity, equity, and inclusion and how the three integrate within an organization
  • Strategies to pursue and avoid in implementing DEI at your credit union
  • DEI best practices for credit unions of all asset sizes
  • Making DEI a sustainable initiative at your credit union

HuntSpeaker: Keith Hunt, Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer, State of Delaware

Hunt’s early experience at Proctor & Gamble, which was predominantly white male in the mid-1970s, helped shape his philosophy and understanding around the possibilities of breaking down barriers around sex and racism with an organization.

Hunt has served in several strategic human resources leadership roles. From 2004-2017, he served as Managing Director of Human Capital Solutions, Inc., a human resources and organizational development consulting agency that serves Fortune 500 companies, small businesses, government, and nonprofit organizations. Previously, he led employee relations as an Assistant Vice President at CIGNA, Inc.

Throughout his career, Hunt has helped translate business vision and strategy into organizational capabilities for success with a focus on business process improvement, people policy development, change management, people and team development, diversity and inclusion, and human resources talent management systems.
