How to Access Your Webinar:
When the webinar is accessed, your credit union will be invoiced for the per port connection fee as indicated under each title. When you view a webinar on demand, you are demonstrating your agreement to pay the fee.
In order to view the webinars, your computer must meet the following requirements:
- An operating system of Windows 98 or higher
- Internet Explorer version 6 (Service Pack 1) or higher (Recommended), or Netscape version 7 or higher
- Internet connection of 56K or faster
- Speakers or headphones
- Java script, Active X and cookies enabled
- WebEx Player must be installed. If you do not have WebEx Player, you can download a free copy of WebEx Player now.
For optimal viewing, your screen resolution should be changed to match the one listed at the end of each webinar's description. To do this, go to Start – Settings – Control Panel – Display – Settings. Please note that changing your screen resolution is not required, however it may make viewing the full screen easier.
Technical note: If you experience any technical difficulties with our webinars on demand, please consult with your credit union's information technology department as they may need to modify your proxy or firewall settings.
