A new partnership between the New York Credit Union Association and Vibrant Creative will provide the state’s credit unions with a preferred agency that offers marketing, creative and consulting services.

Vibrant Creative, based out of Delmar, New York, is a brand development and online marketing agency. The agency was founded in 2002 and serves a wide variety of businesses and organizations, including numerous credit unions across the state.

Under the agreement, Vibrant Creative will provide a complimentary marketing assessment to every NYCUA-member credit union that requests it. Additional services—including branding and marketing strategy, design and writing services, website design and development updates, video production and photography, online and social media marketing, email marketing, and tracking and reporting—will be provided at a preferred and reduced rate.

The partnership was facilitated after a number of the state’s credit unions expressed to NYCUA their need for marketing, branding and creative assistance.
