Lodging reservations should be made online. All reservations must be guaranteed using a credit card or a one-night's deposit by guest check, money order or valid credit card.

*Guestrooms indicated as "run of house" are not guaranteed a specific bed type. Requests for kings or double beds will be accommodated based on availability at the time individual reservations are confirmed.
Tax exemption: If your organization is tax-exempt, you must present your completed tax-exempt forms at the front desk at check-in.
The above rates are subject to 7% state and local taxes and a 6% Occupancy Tax.
Hotel Cancellation Policy: There is a three-night stay minimum for the Saratoga Hilton (Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights). Individual cancellations will be accepted up to 48 hours prior to arrival. The deposit is refundable to the individual guest if timely notice of cancellation is given and a cancellation number is obtained by the guest.
Guests not arriving for a scheduled reservation will forfeit the one-night deposit and the remainder of the reservation will be released.
An early departure fee equal to one nights' room rate will be added to a guest's individual account if they check out prior to their reserved checkout date.
**If you need to cancel your reservation at the Saratoga Hilton, please contact Heather D'Arcy at Heather.Darcy@nycua.org prior to cancelling with the hotel. She may be able to use the rooms for registrants on the waitlist.**
