Lodging reservations must be made by May 10.

Lodging reservations should be made online. A non-refundable, ONE NIGHT deposit will be charged at the time of booking.

*Please note: There is a three-night minimum stay for the Sagamore Resort (Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights).

The above rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently 11%) in effect at the time of check-in.
 

Rates are subject to a $30 taxable Resort fee per room, per night. The Resort fee includes access to two (2) bottles of water in your room daily, complimentary coffee daily, wireless internet in guest rooms and public areas, no charge for local and 1-800 calls, entrance to the Fitness Center, indoor/outdoor pools and waterfront, self or valet parking.
 

Tax exemption: If your organization is tax-exempt, you must present your completed tax-exempt forms at the front desk at check-in, and payment must be from the tax-exempt entity.

Hotel Cancellation Policy: There is a three-night stay minimum for the Sagamore Resort (Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights). A non-refundable, one night deposit will be charged at the time of booking.
 
The balance of the stay will be charged to this card fourteen (14) days prior to the arrival date. Should the reservation be cancelled more than 14 days prior to arrival, the processing fee deposit will be forfeited. If the cancellation is made fourteen (14) days or less from arrival, the total amount will be forfeited.
 
In the event that you do not arrive on the scheduled arrival date, your reservation will be cancelled and the amount collected will be forfeited at that time. 

• If you need to cancel your reservation at the Sagamore Resort, please contact Events & Training at Events.Training@nycua.org prior to cancelling with the hotel. We may be able to use the rooms for registrants on the waitlist.

The New York Credit Union Association has secured an additional room block at the following property:

Room Rate: $229 per night, plus tax

*Shuttle service will be provided.

Reservations can be made by calling (800) 234-0267. Please identify yourself as part of the New York Credit Union Association/EXCEL 25 room block to receive the group rate. All reservations must be received by Monday, May 12th.

Guests will be required to provide a valid credit card at the time of making their reservation. A deposit of one night's stay plus taxes will be charged at the time of booking each individual reservation. There is a $50 cancellation fee if a guest would like to cancel their reservation once they have booked and they are still outside of the 72 hours, prior to arrival. If a guest cancels within the 72 hours, then they forfeit their full deposit of the first night.
