Josh Allison, Founder & Chief Ideator, ThinkCafé
Josh is obsessed with helping leaders and teams reach their full potential in the new and evolving workplace. He is the Founder and Chief Ideator for ThinkCafe, and has spoken and
worked with organizations from Hawaii to New York and near every state in between.
In the past, Josh worked for close to a decade at Horizon Credit Union, in Spokane Valley, WA. During his time with the cooperative, he helped the organization reach over 11,000
millennial youth through national award-winning business development and outreach programs. In 2008, Josh was recognized as the Junior Achievement Volunteer of the Year for the Inland Northwest. In 2009, Josh was recognized with the CVSD Meritorious Service award for outstanding work with youth engagement and education. In 2011, he partnered with an Emmy Winning TV Show to develop a financial education program for schools to use across the country. In 2013, he worked alongside international credit unions to study best practices in Gen Y engagement in partnership with the WOCCU. In 2015, Josh was recognized as the CUNA Business Development Professional on the Year for the Credit Union industry and was peer nominated as a “Credit Union Rockstar.” In 2015, Josh was recognized as a “top ten speaker” for the 2015 World Credit Union Conference.
Josh also served for a few years as a Senior Consultant for FI Strategies – a leading consulting firm serving the trillion-dollar Credit Union industry, 20 of the top 100 largest credit unions, and over two hundred credit union clients (in the areas of sales assessment, strategic planning, process efficiency and optimization and corporate metrics and scorecards). He has served as a CUNA FUSE faculty member, is a graduate of Leadership Spokane, and certified as a Credit Union Development Educator (CUDE). Josh lives with his beautiful wife and children in Spokane, Washington.
Aaron Gregerson, SVP/Chief Digital Officer, MarketMatch
In him time with MarketMatch, Aaron has since built on his experiences to consult with credit union and bank clients to help them with digital marketing, marketing automation, strategic planning, market segmentation, generating ROI, finding your institution’s brand and improving the customer experience.
Aaron has been recognized on the national level for his work on strategic marketing campaigns and financial education programs by winning several CUNA Marketing & Business Development Diamond Awards.

Cancellation Policy:
A refund of the amount paid, less an $90 administrative fee per registrant, will be given for all cancellations submitted via email to events.training@nycua.org ten or more business days prior to the start of the session. No refunds will be granted if the cancellation is received after that time frame. Substitutes will be accepted any time prior to the start of the program at no additional cost. Simply email events.training@nycua.org, listing the new participant and who they will be replacing.
