HR Suite Plus powered by Mineral

 

Register your credit union below to get access to HR Suite Plus powered by Mineral, a New York Credit Union Association benefit of membership! Through HR Suite Plus, you will have access to customizable human resource tools including:

  • Smart Employee Handbook (including State and Federal content)
  • HR Compliance Library
  • Compliance Calendar
  • HR Assessment
  • Job Description Library
  • Library of HR Forms and Tools
  • HR Resources
  • Salary Data

To get your credit union started on HR Suite Plus, one person needs to register below as the “Primary Admin”. Once the registration is submitted, the account set-up process will be completed within three business days. The Primary Admin will receive an e-mail with login instructions and resources to help your credit union get started when your account is ready.


When you login, you can begin using HR Suite Plus immediately, customizing the model policies and adding your existing policies. The Primary Admin can also add staff as users who can access HR Suite Plus. Any additional staff registering from the credit union will be directed to the Primary Admin to gain access. *The original HR Suite dashboard will sunset on March 31, 2025. An updated platform, HR Suite Plus powered by Mineral, has been developed as its replacement. Please note, registration for the new platform is required for existing users. Accounts are not migrated automatically, and old manuals will be unavailable after the sunset date. When registering, credit unions need to complete the required information for a new employee handbook. Using the handbook template is of course optional.*
