Miesha possesses over 25 years of experience advising and representing clients, including credit unions, in various legal matters. In her former position as Associate General Counsel to a large federal credit union Miesha was certified as a Compliance Officer by NAFCU, evidencing her strong knowledge of the federal regulations and compliance obligations that affect credit unions. Miesha was an associate with Mitchell Pollack & Associates in the early years of her career and returned to the firm in 2019 where she handles credit union and banking law, creditor’s rights, bankruptcies, foreclosures, and other areas of law. Miesha is a graduate of the Elizabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University, is admitted to the courts of the State of New York, and the federal courts in the Southern, Northern, and Eastern districts of New York.
