With 30 years of banking experience, including a decade as EVP/CFO/COO of a community bank she cofounded, Marci brings a wealth of knowledge and real-world insights to her audiences.

 

Marci is also the founder and an inspirational speaker at Crowning Achievements International, where she inspires and educates emerging leaders through her powerful keynote speeches. A sought-after speaker at industry conferences, leadership forums, and women’s events, Marci is the author of five books and has received numerous professional awards. As a Certified Virtual Presenter, Marci offers both online and onsite training for financial institutions. A certified life coach and a certified community bank director, she holds a bachelor’s in business management from Bethel University and is a graduate and faculty member of the Graduate School of Banking in Madison, Wisconsin.
