Sharon Hallmark joined EPCOR in 2023 after a two-decade career in banking, where she held various positions from BSA/AML compliance specialist to bookkeeping/EFT officer. As EPCOR’s Director of Payments Education, she designs and conducts education programs in support of ACH and Instant Payments for over 1,800 financial institutions and corporate members. She currently holds the Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) and Accredited Payment Risk Professional (APRP) certifications. Sharon holds a bachelor’s in Business Administration with a minor in Communication Studies from West Virginia University.
