We’re excited to introduce CU Peer Exchange — a new initiative designed to bring credit union professionals together for meaningful, role-specific conversations.

Your Role. Your Peers. Your Discussion Forum.

This quarterly virtual roundtable series will connect professionals from credit unions across New York who share similar responsibilities and challenges. These sessions are designed to be interactive, collaborative discussions focused on the real issues you face in your role.

Not another webinar — an interactive working session with professionals who understand your role.

Each session will be facilitated by Association staff and will provide an opportunity for participants to share insights, exchange ideas, and learn from peers throughout the credit union community.

Through CU Peer Exchange, participants will benefit from:

• Peer-to-peer learning
• Shared best practices
• Problem-solving dialogue
• Industry awareness
• Stronger engagement with peers across New York credit unions

Collections: Delinquency Trends, Member Hardship Strategies, Technology Tools

Collection professionals play a vital role in supporting members through financial challenges while protecting the health of their credit union. This CU Peer Exchange session brings together collection professionals from across New York for a candid, interactive discussion on the issues shaping the field today. Participants will explore current delinquency trends, share member hardship strategies that balance compassion with sound lending practices, and compare notes on the technology tools that are streamlining collections work. Whether you are navigating rising delinquencies, refining your outreach approach, or evaluating new platforms, this session offers a chance to learn directly from peers who understand your role and to bring practical ideas back to your credit union.
