Discover the future of cannabis finance: Join industry leaders for a focused conference on overcoming challenges and seizing opportunities in cannabis banking.
Cannabis rulemaking is progressing, with efforts to reschedule cannabis from Schedule 1 to Schedule 3 in the Controlled Substances Act. The SAFER Banking Act is still under consideration by Congress. Don't wait until it's too late.
Your credit union does not have to support cannabis use to support cannabis banking. By implementing a cannabis banking program, your credit union can make your community safer by securely managing deposits and assisting regulators and law enforcement.
