Hall of Fame Award

Thank you for your interest in our annual Individual Recognition Awards! Each year, we are pleased to honor New York credit union professionals and volunteer leaders who make a powerful impact on their credit unions, members and communities.

Award Description

Members of the New York Credit Union Association Hall of Fame are individuals that have devoted their lives to the philosophy and success of the credit union movement, and have made a significant impact on credit unions at the local, state and/or national levels. Much of their life’s efforts have been instrumental in improving and promoting credit unions and the credit union movement.

Eligibility & Nominations

• Hall of Fame inductees must have been affiliated with a New York Credit Union Association member credit union.
• Inductees may include both professional and volunteer leaders.  
• Association employees and awards committee members are not eligible for induction.

Nominations are not accepted for the Hall of Fame Award.

The New York Credit Union Hall of Fame Inductees will be selected directly by the Recognition Awards committee. 

Important Dates

March 2 : Nomination form submission deadline
Mid March: Individual Recognition Award winners notified
June 13: Individual Award winners honored at EXCEL 26, the New York Credit Union Association's Annual Meeting & Convention
